Information we collect

We collect only what we need to schedule and provide your appointment:

• your name;
• your mobile phone number;
• the reason for your visit, as you describe it to us;
• photographs you choose to send us, so that we can estimate the scope of work;
• the dates and times of your past and upcoming appointments;
• notes we take about your visits.

We do not collect payment card details through text messages, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, insurance identifiers, or any government identification.

Website analytics and advertising

When you visit this website, we and our service providers collect standard usage data: the pages you view, how far you scroll, how long you stay, which buttons you tap (for example, the WhatsApp or text-message button), the address of the page that referred you, your device type and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use it to understand how the site is used and to measure whether our advertising works.

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) sets cookies to recognise returning visitors and report aggregated statistics to us. Google's use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) help us see whether people who saw our Facebook or Instagram ads visited the site, contacted us, or booked an appointment. When you contact us through the site and later book, we may send Meta hashed (irreversibly scrambled) contact details together with the identifiers Meta placed in your browser, so that Meta can match the booking to the ad. Meta's data policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
• Our own server keeps a first-party log of the same usage events (with a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, not your name) so that we can link a visit to the conversation and appointment it led to.

You can limit this tracking by blocking cookies and site data in your browser settings, by using a content blocker, or through the ad settings of your Facebook and Google accounts. The site keeps working without it.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your questions, offer available appointment times, confirm and reschedule your appointment, send you reminders about an upcoming visit, and keep a record of the care we have provided so that we can treat you properly on your next visit.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Mobile information and text messaging

We text you only after you have texted us first, and only about your own appointment. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP to reach us.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, lead generators, or affiliates.

We use Twilio Inc. as our messaging provider solely to deliver and receive the text messages you exchange with us. Twilio processes this information on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing.

We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and appointment history for as long as you remain our client, so that we can provide continuity of care. Photographs you send us are used to estimate the work and are not stored as part of your record. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by texting us at +1 (914) 670-5734 or writing to arturpodolog@gmail.com. Replying STOP to any message ends text messaging immediately.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Minors are seen only when accompanied by a parent or guardian, who provides the contact details.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
