The program

Artur Podolog NYC, a foot care studio at 2475 65th St, Brooklyn, NY 11204, owned and operated by Artur Kolesnikov, sends text messages about your appointment: answers to your questions about our services, available appointment times, booking confirmations, reschedules and cancellations, and reminders before an upcoming visit.

This is a conversational, customer-care program. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send messages on behalf of anyone else.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting us first at +1 (914) 670-5734. The number is published on this website and on our Instagram profile, and we give it to clients in person at the studio. We never text a person who has not texted us first — every message we send is part of a conversation you started.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on how many questions you ask and how many appointments you book. A typical booking involves a handful of messages, plus one reminder before your visit.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you text us first.
